Grains Operator 

Support the day-to-day operations of the grain handling department including safely and efficiently loading and unloading raw materials (Corn and DDG) in and out, as well as loading truck and rail ethanol and corn oil. Responsible for grain bin cleaning, inventory maintenance, and general grounds upkeep.

Grains Grader 

Responsible for safely and efficiently sampling and testing all incoming grains. Ability to operate computerized scales to ensure accuracy of all transactions. Weighing raw materials in and out, as well as loaded truck ethanol. Support the day-to-day checklist and routine duties. Collaborate with maintenance department to facilitate maintenance, repairs of equipment, and security of the plant.
